Shipping & Delivery
All orders will be processed within 2-3 business days. Once items are shipped a tracking number will be provided to the customer and package location and estimated arrival date can be seen on the shipping services website.International Buyers – Import duties, taxes, and charges are not included in the item price or shipping cost. These charges are the buyer's responsibility. Please check with your country's customs office to determine what these additional costs will be prior to bidding or buying.International First Class Mail can take up to 45 days for delivery depending on customs. Items cannot be tracked once they leave the U.S. Returns & ReplacementsIf you are dissatisfied with your order for any reason, you can return your items for a prompt refund or exchange as long as the merchandise is in new and unused condition and you have received a return authorization number. Returns must be made within 14 days of the purchase date and will be credited in the same form as the original payment type. The original shipping and handling charges are not refundable (We will pay the return shipping costs if the return is a result of our error).
